This is a full-time on-site role for an Online & Retail Sales Expert located in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. The primary responsibilities include managing retail and online sales operations, engaging with customers to provide outstanding customer service, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. The role involves assisting customers in finding products that best meet their needs, processing sales transactions, and collaborating with team members to meet sales targets and enhance overall business performance.

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Experience skills, with a focus on understanding and fulfilling customer needs effectively
• Proven experience in Retail Sales and Sales, with the ability to achieve and exceed sales goals
• Excellent Communication skills, including active listening and the ability to convey product information clearly
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to a fast-paced retail setting
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital tools is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Previous sales experience in a retail or online environment is highly advantageous
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in sales or customer service are beneficial
