Content Strategist - Freelancer

We’re looking for a Content Strategist who blends creativity with analytics — someone who can turn content data into smart, scalable strategy.

You’ll evaluate performance across global content channels, uncover insights, and guide decisions that shape how we create, localize, and grow our content worldwide.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, data, and strategy, and loves using evidence to make creative work perform better.

The scope of this role is equivalent to a full-time position.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze channel and content performance across languages, audiences, and formats.
• Identify trends, growth opportunities, and underperforming areas using engagement and retention data.
• Develop and refine strategies for what to produce, localize, or promote next.
• Build and maintain content dashboards to track KPIs like engagement, APV, CTR, and audience growth.
• Partner with others in the operations team to turn insights into operational results.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in content analytics, strategy, or marketing operations — ideally in media, YouTube, or localization.
• Strong analytical skills with tools like Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or advanced Google Sheets.
• Comfortable interpreting metrics such as watch time, retention, and engagement to guide creative strategy.
• Experience with YouTube Analytics, Google Analytics, or social media performance tools.
• Strategic communicator — can turn data into clear stories and recommendations.
• Collaborative, curious, and passionate about the impact of content across cultures and languages.
