Your creative work will help build the playful, visual worlds that make these experiences engaging and meaningful for children.

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative visual storyteller who loves designing content for children ages 4–7. Employment will be part-time or as contractor.

You’ll use AI tools and design software to generate characters, scenes, and story moments that support our therapeutic narratives, helping shape how young children connect with therapy through engaging visual content.

The ideal candidate is imaginative, collaborative, comfortable experimenting with AI-driven creation, and able to iterate quickly across multiple visual directions. He/she is motivated by meaningful work and enjoys transforming therapeutic concepts into playful, expressive experiences that support children’s growth.

What You’ll Do

• Create visual assets for children’s stories using AI tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, Nano Banana).
• Develop characters, environments, props, and stylistic elements.
• Produce storyboards, mood boards, and visual sequences.
• Refine and enhance AI-generated images in Figma/Photoshop or similar tools.
• Collaborate with the creative and product teams to ensure visual clarity and consistency.

Skills & Experience We’re Looking For

Required:

• Ability to create engaging visual content for young children.
• Comfort with AI visual creation tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Fast, iterative work style with the ability to refine ideas quickly.
• Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and structure.

Proficiency in at least one of the following:

• 3D art
• Graphic design
• Animation
• Photoshop or digital illustration

Nice to Have:

• Experience in children’s media, games, books, or educational content.
• Familiarity with story development or narrative design.
• Understanding of age-appropriate and accessible design principles.
