System Integration Specialist

Mertens – MalamTeam is hiring a System Integration Specialist for a leading medical organization

Role Overview

Hands-on role focused on application support and system integration within a complex healthcare environment. The position includes maintaining web services and ETL processes, providing internal customer support, and working closely with development and infrastructure teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and support Web Services and ETL processes (Microsoft stack, TIBCO)

• Support IIS servers and API-based integrations

• Troubleshoot and resolve application and integration issues

• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams

• Provide professional support to internal stakeholders

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with Microsoft operating systems and network infrastructures

• Experience with IIS and Web Services (APIs)

• Hands-on experience with SOAP and REST protocols

• Strong SQL skills and solid understanding of web infrastructures

• Experience supporting internal customers

• Broad understanding of business and organizational processes
