We are a global consumer goods company specializing in innovative products for parents & children (www.Doona.com). As we continue to grow, we seek a Supply Chain Process & Improvement Specialist to join our Logistics team in Herzliya.
Responsibilities:
- Map end-to-end logistics and supply chain processes (planning, procurement, inventory, fulfillment).
- Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
- Serve as the point of contact between Logistics, other internal teams (Sales, R&D, Marketing, Finance), and external suppliers to manage communication and resolve process-related issues.
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), user guides, and workflow documentation.
- Lead implementation of new processes, tools, and best practices within the logistics department.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and drive operational standardization.
- Collect requirements, translate needs into actionable process flows, and ensure alignment across teams.
- Work closely with analysts and automation teams to streamline processes and implement solutions.
Requirements:
- Academic background in Industrial Engineering/ Logistics / Supply Chain.
- 2–4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, or process management.
- Experience in process mapping tools or methodologies
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical skills, including experience with data tracking and reporting.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English
