Supply Chain Process & Improvement Specialist

We are a global consumer goods company specializing in innovative products for parents & children (www.Doona.com). As we continue to grow, we seek a Supply Chain Process & Improvement Specialist to join our Logistics team in Herzliya.

Responsibilities:

• Map end-to-end logistics and supply chain processes (planning, procurement, inventory, fulfillment).
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Serve as the point of contact between Logistics, other internal teams (Sales, R&D, Marketing, Finance), and external suppliers to manage communication and resolve process-related issues.
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), user guides, and workflow documentation.
• Lead implementation of new processes, tools, and best practices within the logistics department.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and drive operational standardization.
• Collect requirements, translate needs into actionable process flows, and ensure alignment across teams.
• Work closely with analysts and automation teams to streamline processes and implement solutions.

Requirements:

• Academic background in Industrial Engineering/ Logistics / Supply Chain.
• 2–4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, or process management.
• Experience in process mapping tools or methodologies
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical skills, including experience with data tracking and reporting.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English
