We are a global consumer goods company specializing in innovative products for parents & children (www.Doona.com). As we continue to grow, we seek a Supply Chain Process & Improvement Specialist to join our Logistics team in Herzliya.

Responsibilities:

Map end-to-end logistics and supply chain processes (planning, procurement, inventory, fulfillment).
Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
Serve as the point of contact between Logistics, other internal teams (Sales, R&D, Marketing, Finance), and external suppliers to manage communication and resolve process-related issues.
Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), user guides, and workflow documentation.
Lead implementation of new processes, tools, and best practices within the logistics department.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and drive operational standardization.
Collect requirements, translate needs into actionable process flows, and ensure alignment across teams.
Work closely with analysts and automation teams to streamline processes and implement solutions.

Requirements:

Academic background in Industrial Engineering/ Logistics / Supply Chain.
2–4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, or process management.
Experience in process mapping tools or methodologies
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
Strong analytical skills, including experience with data tracking and reporting.
Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English
