What will you do?

• Manage business forums based on data.
• Take overall responsibility for management information in the long-term savings sector.
• Lead a team of senior analysts and system analysts.
• Define and implement models for data-driven decision-making.
• Manage responses and controls for regulatory information requirements.

What are we looking for?

• Over 5 years of experience in analytics, including at least 2 years in a managerial role – mandatory.
• In-depth familiarity with the core business of insurance, pensions, and provident funds, including relevant business knowledge – mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree – mandatory (preferably in Insurance, Accounting, Information Systems, or Industrial Engineering and Management).
• Experience in developing tools and models for data-driven decision-making – mandatory.
• Knowledge and experience in data extraction and analysis using BI tools – mandatory.
