Tune Security is a well-funded, seed-stage AI startup, operating in stealth mode and based in TLV. Founded by ex-8200 veterans, Tune enables enterprise security teams to build and own agentic AI capabilities – customized, context-aware, and safe.

We’re seeking an experienced and curious Threat Hunter to enhance our operational intelligence and inform the development of our AI-driven defense platform. You’ll work hands-on across customer environments to uncover advanced threats, extract insights, and translate findings into new detection logic and product capabilities.

• Lead proactive, hypothesis-driven hunts across endpoint, network, and cloud data sources.
• Investigate and triage emerging threats, building actionable detections and playbooks.
• Collaborate directly with customers to understand their threat landscape, pain points, and operational needs.
• Feed real-world insights into Tune’s product and AI agent development roadmap.
• Work closely with detection engineering, threat intelligence, and product teams to improve coverage and fidelity.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  

• 5+ years in cybersecurity operations, threat hunting, incident response, cyber research, or malware/CTI analysis.
• Strong analytical and technical skills with EDR/SIEM telemetry and detection logic.
• Hands-on experience with scripting or automation (Python, PowerShell, or Bash).
• Deep understanding of attacker TTPs, identity-based attacks, OS internals, and network forensics.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, customer-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable working both in our TLV office and occasionally on-site with customers in Israel.
• Familiarity with AI safety, LLM security, or prompt engineering is highly advantageous.
