💼 About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Tel Aviv

As a Tour Operator / Project Coordinator, you’ll help create and manage unforgettable experiences for international groups visiting Israel.

🎯 Responsibilities

* Manage logistics, bookings, and travel arrangements for groups

* Coordinate with hotels, sites, and suppliers

* Communicate with clients via email and phone

* Oversee on-the-ground operations and problem-solving

* Ensure an exceptional client experience from start to finish

✅ Requirements

* Excellent English (spoken & written); additional languages – a plus

* Experience in travel, tourism, or events production

* Strong organizational and multitasking skills

* Knowledge of Israel’s routes, sites, hotels, and logistics

* Excellent communication and customer service skills

* A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
