Technical Support Representative JB-4767

A long-standing company specializing in cloud solutions and Internet services for businesses is looking for technical support personnel to provide technical support by phone and through a helpdesk system.

Technical support includes providing solutions to businesses in the company's variety of products and services, including:

Endpoint and server support.

Website hosting.

Server management.

Office365 services.

Cloud backups.

Information security products.

And more.

* One year of experience in the field of technical support / HPDSK.

* Familiarity with management interfaces including: Plesk/Cpanel - an advantage.

* Knowledge of WordPress - an advantage.

* Experience supporting Office 365.

* Experience in an IT company - a significant advantage.

Ability to work in a team and excellent interpersonal relations, ability to work under pressure, ability to work in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Self-learning abilities, creativity and promotion of new technologies.

Ability to express oneself orally and in writing.

English - reading, speaking at a good level.

A full-time position in a young and friendly environment at the company's offices in Petah Tikva.
