Field Technician

The Field Technician is responsible for delivering on-site technical support, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of telecom equipment and systems. 

Full time position in Oosterhout, the Netherlands

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and configure telecom hardware, routers, modems, SIM-based devices, antennas, and related network equipment

• Test, validate, and optimize network connectivity (cellular, broadband, Wi-Fi)

• Conduct troubleshooting and resolve technical issues on-site or remotely

• Perform maintenance, upgrades, and replacements of telecom systems

• Installation work, network configurations, and service reports

• Manage tools, equipment inventory, and field-service logistics

Requirements:

• Experience with installation and setup of computer, telecom, hardware or similar equipment

• Ability to read technical instructions and follow installation procedures

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to customer sites

• Average English communication skills, Dutch is an advantage
