Job Description

The Customer Support and Application team is the primary point of contact for customers in all the product development phases, accompanying the customer from the concept phase, design and integration, field trials, and support in production. All the teammates have substantial engineering experience in the chip industry. Being extremely hands-on, they also provide services of training, system bring-on, and various integration tasks.

Wireless System Application Engineer Support Team is responsible for technical interactions with existing and potential customers from all over the world, on various design matters that may arise, focusing on the RF communication aspects. This includes items such as RF performance analysis, reproduction, and debugging of customer RF issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers and partners (remotely and on-site)
• Handling issues reported by customers and driving to resolution
• Hands-on troubleshooting of RF System issues in the lab
• Drive cross-company activities such as complex issue investigations and customer design reviews
• Report to Applications Support Team Leader
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Experience with one or more of the following technologies: WiFi, LTE, Bluetooth
• Familiarity with MAC, PHY, and RF subsystems
• Familiarity with RF test equipment such as VSA, VSG, Spectrum Analyzers, Network Analyzers etc.
• Experience working with Linux OS
• Ability to read PCB Schematics
• Hands-on experience investigating complicated SW/HW/System issues
• Strong interpersonal skills and high customer service orientation
• Strong communication skills, oral and written, fluent English
• Willingness to travel abroad (US-EU-APAC)

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
