Innovation Consultant

Deloitte Israel is seeking a dynamic and motivated Innovation Consultant to join our expanding Innovation and Generative AI (GenAI) practice. Joining Deloitte’s innovation team is an opportunity to take part in leading-edge innovation and AI transformation projects across the firm, collaborating with senior leadership, and shaping the future of Deloitte Israel in the era of Generative AI.

What you will do:

• Initiate and support innovation and AI-driven transformation projects across the organization
• Identify opportunities for innovation; propose new project ideas aligned with business objectives and emerging technology trends
• Assist in developing business cases for innovation initiatives
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels to foster a culture of innovation
• Organize and facilitate workshops, brainstorming sessions, and knowledge-sharing events
• Communicate the value and impact of innovation and AI initiatives to stakeholders
• Establish KPIs and success metrics for innovation projects; track progress and provide regular updates to leadership
• Gather feedback and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate closely with business leaders, technology teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in
• Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams to translate business needs into actionable innovation initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, Information Systems, Economics, Accounting or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in consulting, project management, business analysis, or a related role
• Familiarity with emerging technologies, especially Artificial Intelligence and GenAI concepts
• Strong business sense and understanding of organizational processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Process-oriented mindset with strong organizational and analytical skills
• Fluency in Hebrew and English (reading, writing, speaking)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in innovation management or digital transformation projects – Advantage
• Exposure to AI, data analytics, or technology-driven business change (hands-on technical skills not required) – Advantage
• Experience working in a professional services or consulting environment – Advantage
• Experience working in a Big 4 company or experience in the financial sector - Advantage
