Team Leader – Project Management Office (PMO) 228341

A leading and stable defense company , is seeking a PMO Team Leader for a key role that includes leading a team, managing cross-organizational projects, and working with diverse interfaces both locally and internationally.

The company develops and manufactures rugged engineering solutions in advanced power supply and communication systems, designed for critical applications in challenging field conditions.

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the PMO team, including matrix management of various organizational interfaces.
• Build strong customer relationships and gain deep understanding of processes and business needs.
• Participate in prioritizing customer requirements, understanding needs and resolving conflicts.
• Define and specify departmental processes for current and future projects.
• Monitor changes and risks in work plans, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions proactively.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders inside and outside the organization, in Israel and abroad.
• Track project progress, consolidate data, manage schedules, budgets, deliverables, and outputs.
• Work with computerized systems such as MS Project, Priority, and more.

Requirements:

• Industrial Engineering degree – mandatory.
• 4–5 years of experience in project management – mandatory.
• 2–3 years of experience as a team leader or managing PMO staff – mandatory.
• High-level English (spoken, written, and reading) – mandatory.
• Proven experience in leading projects, data consolidation, and progress tracking – mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with MS Project – mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal skills, professional presence, ability to work collaboratively while managing teams effectively.
