DevOps Group Manager 229534

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Cloud DevOps Group Manager to lead a large team (around 15 engineers) in designing, deploying, and optimizing secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure for a live cybersecurity SaaS product. This role involves setting the technical vision, driving best practices, and owning the cloud infrastructure strategy across AWS, GCP, and Azure, with a strong focus on security, cost-efficiency, and production reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a group of ~15 DevOps engineers, fostering collaboration and technical excellence.
• Define and execute cloud infrastructure strategy across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Architect and maintain secure, highly available multi-cloud and hybrid environments.
• Design and implement advanced cloud networking (VPCs, routing, VPNs, load balancers, firewall rules).
• Drive Infrastructure as Code adoption (Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm) and optimize CI/CD pipelines (Argo CD).
• Oversee production monitoring, incident response, and troubleshooting to ensure system resilience.
• Implement cloud cost optimization strategies while maintaining performance.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and governance standards (SOC2, ISO27001).
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and security teams to align infrastructure goals with business objectives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE, including proven leadership of large teams.
• Extensive hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP in live production environments.
• Deep expertise in cloud networking design and security architectures.
• Strong proficiency with Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm, Python/Bash scripting, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of compliance frameworks and cloud governance.
• Experience managing teams supporting production SaaS platforms in cybersecurity or mission-critical systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
