• Manage a team of 3–4 developers within an acquired startup, maintaining the startup’s dynamic culture.

• Role includes a low percentage of hands-on development.
• Work with Node.js, TypeScript, and React.
• Require understanding of communication protocols and VPNs.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience as a Backend/Full-Stack Team Lead
• Must have Node.js experience
• Must have cloud experience, preferably AWS
• Must have experience in reputable high-tech companies
• Must have a stable employment history
• Advantage: Technological degree or experience in a technological military unit
• Advantage: Experience with Big Data and React
