CBC ISRAEL is hiring an HRIS Coordinator

A unique role that bridges technology and Human Resources, with responsibility for supporting, maintaining, enhancing, and optimizing the organization’s HR systems.

Role Description:

• Leading processes to improve and optimize HR systems across the organization
• Providing ongoing technological support to HR teams, managers, and employees
• Defining, monitoring, and implementing new processes within HR systems
• Data analysis and report generation to support decision-making
• Testing and implementing system changes in compliance with collective agreements and labor laws
• Ongoing maintenance of catalogs, forms, tables, and user authorizations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree – required
• At least one year of experience in information systems/IT within a medium-sized or large organization – required
• Full proficiency in Office applications
• Native-level Hebrew and good English proficiency
• Master’s degree – an advantage
• Experience with SAP HR / SuccessFactors – a significant advantage
