Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. As a Growth Product Manager at Solara AI, you will drive the development and execution of strategies that amplify the growth of our AI-powered platform. You will be responsible for creating product roadmaps, implementing growth initiatives, leading cross-functional teams, and applying innovative design thinking to meet user needs. The role requires a focus on creating impactful marketing strategies while optimizing product features and user experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in Product Road Mapping and Product Management
• Proficiency in Growth Hacking and Growth Marketing
• Knowledge of and ability to apply Design Thinking methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the capability to understand and act on data
• Strong UI/UX skills and users understanding and research
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams
• Proven track record of driving growth within a product-focused environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
• Experience in AI-driven products or SaaS platforms is a plus
