System Engineer – C4I and communication systems

Want to work on real military platforms, not just documents?

We’re seeking a hands-on System Engineer to contribute to the design, integration, and delivery of C4I and communication systems embedded in a diverse range of defense platforms, including light vehicles and armored systems.

What makes this role unique?

• Work on interesting platforms
• Define and integrate radios, networks, switches, RF & power cabling
• Lead system design reviews (SRR / PDR / CDR)
• Be deeply involved in integration, EMC/EMI testing, and platform validation
• See your work installed, tested, and delivered to customers
• Collaborate with integrators, program managers, and multidisciplinary engineering teams
• International travel (every ~2 months)

Who are we looking for?

• A proactive, driven System Engineer with a hands-on mindset
• Background in defense platforms, integration, or communication systems
• Experience with system architecture, requirements, and technical documentation
• Familiarity with RF & electrical cabling and platform-level systems
• Military/defense experience – a big advantage
• (Especially from C4I, 7000, RAPAT, or technological units)
