Product Manager

A security-focused startup develops an advanced Identity platform for SaaS companies, providing comprehensive solutions for user needs and complex development requirements.

The company currently has dozens of employees, located in central Israel near both the train and light rail, and offers a hybrid work model with two days from home.

It serves hundreds of active clients, primarily in the B2B SaaS sector, and has raised tens of millions of dollars from leading investors.

Role overview-

• The new team member will join a small, high-impact product team of 2 Product Managers and 2 Designers, reporting directly to the CTO.
• This role is dedicated and focused on AI, working on the company’s flagship product, offering significant technical and product challenges.
• The position involves close collaboration with development teams.
• The role requires working with technologies and standards such as OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, MCP, APIs, and more.

Requirements-

• 5+ years of product management experience with a focus on identity and/or security, preferably within B2B SaaS.
• Strong understanding of Identity Management Systems authentication, authorization, and user lifecycle management and knowledge of OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SAML.
• Knowledge of IAM concepts, including roles, permissions, and access control models.
• Proven experience working with AI integration points, APIs, and agent-based systems.
• Experience with MCP or similar middleware frameworks is a major advantage.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment and scale to accommodate rapid growth.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving aptitude.
• Strong product sense, ability to understand the problem or opportunity and translate it into product strategy.
• Proven track record of launching successful products and driving adoption.
