We are seeking an Import & Export Coordinator to join our team and manage the flow of materials from shipment to warehouse, ensuring efficient and compliant logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor orders with suppliers in Israel and abroad throughout the supply chain.
• Handle import, export, and DROP shipments, including compliance with regulations, licenses, and approvals.
• Track shipments with international suppliers and local carriers to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple teams.
• Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and a strong service orientation.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience in import/export in an industrial or high-tech company, preferably in electronics or cybersecurity.
• Proven experience in international shipping, including sea and air freight, and customs clearance.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• High-level English proficiency is required.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently in a multi-tasking environment.
