Digital Project Manager | Leading Financial Organization! 5301

We are looking for an experienced Digital Project Manager to lead large-scale end-to-end technology projects, from initiation to go-live, within the digital division of a leading financial organization.

Responsibilities:

• Manage large E2E technology projects, from initiation through deployment.
• Lead application and infrastructure development projects.
• Work in a matrix environment across all organizational divisions.
• Define and deliver project MVPs.
• Manage budgets, scopes, timelines, work plans, and risk assessments.
• Lead steering committees and executive forums.

Requirements:

1. At least 4 years of experience managing large-scale development projects (multiple stakeholders, significant budgets) – mandatory.
2. Proven experience leading PMOs and steering committees, building work plans, meeting timelines and quality standards, budget management, and matrix leadership – mandatory.
3. Experience managing projects end-to-end: from initiation through matrix management of development, QA, and Information Security teams to production go-live – mandatory.
4. Experience working directly with clients – mandatory.
5. Strong technological understanding of interfaces and architecture – a significant advantage.
6. High proficiency in MS Project and Jira – mandatory.
7. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems – advantage.
