System Analyst

For the Technology Division of a large organization, we are looking for a Core Systems Analyst.

The role includes being part of a development team within the Technology Division,

working closely with Project Managers and Systems Analysts.

The team is responsible for a core system that manages the eligibility regulations of the organization’s members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Systems analysis across diverse platforms with multiple interfaces.
• Defining and writing technical and functional specification documents (HLD) with an end-to-end system perspective.
• Designing and defining solutions for cross-system processes involving multiple technologies.
• Accompanying the development and testing lifecycle.
• Handling incidents and ongoing requirements, including log analysis.
• Deep understanding of business processes.
• Defining business-oriented application architecture.

Job Requirements:

• Academic degree in Computer Science or Industrial Engineering & Management.
• Proven experience of 3-5 years in defining technological processes, with emphasis on service-based platforms (WS, REST, SOAP)- mandatory
• Hands-on experience working with relational and non-relational databases, including writing complex queries
• Strong SQL knowledge- mandatory
• Proven experience in gathering customer requirements, defining business needs, designing system solutions, and specifying required system changes- mandatory
• Familiarity and hands-on experience with development methodologies throughout the full system development lifecycle- mandatory
• Experience working with Agile methodologies- advantage
• Software development experience- mandatory
• Experience working in a large organization- advantage
• Experience with and understanding of AI capabilities- advantage
