Environmental Health Safety Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Environmental Health Safety Specialist located in Be'er Sheva. The Environmental Health Safety Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing health and safety policies, conducting workplace safety inspections, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. The role involves delivering safety training, identifying and mitigating risks, and promoting a culture of safety within the organization. The specialist will also analyze and report on safety performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Environment Health and Safety (EHS) and Occupational Health practices
• Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and Workplace Safety standards
• Experience in delivering Safety Training and implementing safety protocols
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess risks and develop solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to educate and inform employees
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Environmental Science, or a related field
• Relevant certifications in health and safety practices are an advantage
• Familiarity with local safety regulations and compliance requirements
