Development Manager

Next-Generation Intelligent Data Platform

We are looking for a highly capable Development Manager to lead the development of our next-generation intelligent data platform.

This role combines hands-on technical leadership, strong architectural thinking, and the ability to build scalable, data-driven systems that deliver real business value. What You’ll Do

• Lead the design and development of a scalable, data-centric platform
• Take ownership of backend architecture, core services and data flows
• Collaborate closely with product, data and frontend teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Drive high engineering standards, architectural clarity and technical excellence
• Balance hands-on development with technical leadership and decision-making
• Influence technology choices with a strong focus on performance, scalability and business outcomes

What We’re Looking For

Backend Engineering & Architecture

• 5+ years of experience building and architecting enterprise-grade backend systems
• Strong hands-on experience with NodeJS, Python, Java, or similar modern backend stacks
• Proven ability to design scalable services, APIs, and data-intensive systems
• Solid experience working with relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL
• Experience with complex system integrations and platform-level architecture

Data & Platform Orientation

• Experience developing data-driven platforms that turn raw data into actionable insights
• Strong understanding of data flows, system performance and scalability considerations
• Exposure to Python-based data processing, analytics, or data-platform components is a strong advantage
• Ability to think holistically about data, infrastructure and product requirements

Frontend Collaboration

• Experience working with modern frontend technologies such as React / React Native and JavaScript ecosystems
• Ability to collaborate effectively with frontend teams to ensure clean APIs and cohesive user experiences

Technical Leadership

• Experience leading developers, owning technical domains, or driving mission-critical initiatives
• Comfortable mentoring engineers, setting best practices, and making architectural decisions
• Hands-on mindset – capable of going deep into code and design when needed

Innovation & Business Impact

• Experience implementing or integrating Generative AI solutions and/or
• architecting complex CRM or enterprise systems (including Salesforce ecosystems and Apex development)
• Strong business orientation – ability to connect technical decisions to real product and customer value

Education

• B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent technical education
• Strong theoretical foundation combined with proven practical experience
