4th-Year Industrial Engineering Student – Procurement Department

Unilever Israel is looking for a 4th-year Industrial Engineering and Management student (specializing in Information Systems) to join our Procurement Department.

Hybrid work model – Mondays and Wednesdays from the Haifa office, the rest from home.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Digital tools development – reports, dashboards, and project management support systems using Microsoft apps.
2. Work on specifications project in collaboration with the specifications team and integration with buyers.
3. CRM project – supporting the procurement buyer in collecting samples and documents.
4. Operational administration – linking source records and updating new item codes in agreements.
5. Participate in EU regulation project – tracking tasks defined by buyers.

Requirements:

1. 4th-year Industrial Engineering and Management student specializing in Information Systems – mandatory.
2. Availability for a part-time position (3–4 days per week).
3. Digital orientation: BPI, SQL programming, and data visualization.
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to work in a team and manage cross-functional interfaces.
6. High level of English.
