A SaaS startup company developing a task and project management platform that successfully brings together a wide range of parameters into a single, unified system.

The company is located in Tel Aviv and offers a hybrid work model with two work-from-home days per week.

Role overview

  • Lead and manage a team of 3–5 developers.
  • Remain hands-on for approximately 40% of the role, depending on business needs.
  • Develop primarily using Node.js and React.
  • Work with a modern and scalable technology stack including Node.js, React.js, Redux, AWS, Elasticsearch, Redis, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, and Snowflake.
  • Option to manage a Backend-only team or to take on a role with a strong focus on infrastructure

Requirements-

  • 2 years of experience in team leadership / management
  • 6 years of hands-on development experience in Java / Scala / Kotlin / Clojure
