About the role:

• Responsibility for short- and long-term production planning and synchronization, in line with production policies and demand forecasts
• Analysis and planning of production line capacity and workloads, including coordination of preventive maintenance plans and scheduled shutdowns
• Monitoring and controlling production performance, managing raw material and finished goods inventory, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
• Close collaboration with multiple interfaces – production, logistics, engineering, maintenance, and sales – to ensure efficient planning and achievement of organizational goals

What are we looking for?

• BSc in Industrial Engineering and Management – required
• 1–3 years of experience as a Planner or in a similar industrial role – required
• Excellent Excel skills and a high level of English – required
• Experience with ERP systems (especially SAP) – an advantage
