Marketing and media specialist

About the Role

Astramed is seeking a Marketing & Media Specialist to lead and execute digital marketing and media activities across our medical products, aesthetic clinics, and educational platforms. This is a specialist role with high responsibility, focused on performance, content strategy, and brand credibility within regulated medical environments.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google

Develop content and marketing strategies to drive product sales, clinic growth, and brand awareness

Build and manage lead-generation funnels from awareness to conversion

Coordinate and oversee medical and clinical photo/video shoots, including compliant Before & After content

Work closely with creative suppliers (photo, video, design) to ensure professional and consistent brand output

Develop accurate, compliant marketing messages aligned with medical regulations

Support the launch and positioning of new medical brands and products

Collaborate with sales and clinical teams to align media activity with measurable business results

Track performance, timelines, and budgets, ensuring delivery against defined KPIs

Requirements

Experience in digital marketing, preferably in medical, aesthetic, or regulated industries

Strong understanding of content strategy, paid media, and lead generation

High attention to detail, organization, and professional standards

Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment

Arabic language is a must
