abra SAP department is seeking for a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

We are looking for a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to implement and optimize SAP SuccessFactors solutions across the organization.

This role requires hands-on experience in SuccessFactors configurations, customizations, portlets, permissions, and MDF. The candidate should also have experience writing technical specifications for the development team for SuccessFactors integrations. A strong willingness to learn and further specialize in SuccessFactors is essential.

A full-time, hybrid position, based in central Israel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify solutions to business needs and challenges as they arise from the field.
• Configure and customize SuccessFactors modules according to business requirements.
• Create technical specifications for integrations and support the development team.
• Assist in testing, deployment, and support of SuccessFactors solutions.
  
  

• 3-4 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HR.
• Experience with configurations, customizations, portlets, permissions, and MDF objects.
• Ability to write technical specifications for integrations.
• Understanding of HR processes and system implementations.
• Proactive problem solver with strong analytical skills.
• Eagerness to learn and deepen expertise in SuccessFactors.
