Salesforce Implementer

abra is looking for a Salesforce Implementation Specialist!

A key role for a skilled and experienced Salesforce Implementation Specialist, responsible for leading end-to-end Salesforce projects within the organization. This strategic and hands-on role is ideal for a candidate who can translate complex business needs into smart, scalable, and user-friendly solutions on the Salesforce platform.

The ideal candidate has deep Salesforce knowledge, excellent communication skills with stakeholders, and proven experience managing comprehensive implementation processes – from requirements gathering and design to post-launch support.

Main Responsibilities:

• Configure Salesforce using declarative tools (Flows, Validation Rules).
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce standards, including security, platform limitations, and best practices.
• Implement solutions within Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Manage data structures, permissions, and security within Salesforce.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business needs.
  
  

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Salesforce implementation experience.
• Experience with Agentforce and Salesforce AI solutions.
• At least two relevant Salesforce certifications, such as:
• Salesforce Administrator
• Platform App Builder
• Sales Cloud Consultant
• Service Cloud Consultant
• Strong understanding of data models, security, and platform limitations.
• Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud functionalities.
• Familiarity with business processes in sales, customer service, and marketing.
• Expertise in FLOWS, Validation Rules, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, Workflows.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  
  

• Experience with Agile/Scrum project management methodologies.
• Experience implementing Salesforce via SFDX and VS Code.
• Experience working in large-scale, multi-project enterprise environments.
