Senior DevOps Team Leader (Cloud)

Scope: Full Time, Employed

Location: Tel Aviv

Role Overview:

As a Senior DevOps Team Leader, you will define and execute the strategy for a global ecosystem and enterprise SaaS infrastructure. You’ll lead a distributed team, enforce governance, drive automation, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure operational excellence, compliance, and innovation at scale.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines to power our advanced AI and optimization solutions.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) by leveraging tools like Terraform and Kubernetes to automate deployment, scaling, and environment management.
• Implement robust observability systems—including monitoring, logging, and alerting—to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability across all services.
• Collaborate with development teams to streamline the software delivery lifecycle, accelerate deployment speed, and embed best practices for security and operational excellence.
• 10+ years of experience in DevOps or related roles, with at least 5 years in senior leadership positions.
• Proven track record managing global teams and enterprise SaaS environments.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, deployment tools, and release management.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and networking (VPNs, VPCs, firewalls, routing, etc), and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Kubernetes, and Helm).
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash) and CI/CD best practices.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills at executive level.
• Experience with compliance frameworks and security governance.
