Looking for a Head of Community (Israel) - Part-time | Equity-Based

To support our growing presence in Israel, we’re looking to bring on a Head of Community (Israel) - a role for someone who wants to be part of building this venture from the ground up.

This is an opportunity for someone deeply connected to the Israeli tech ecosystem - a person who knows the founders, the operators, the accelerators, and the pulse of early-stage building.

You’ll represent CoDesign Ventures locally, help us identify strong product-led founders, run events and meetups, strengthen our network, and become a key part of the founding team shaping our early pipeline.

This is a flexible, equity-based role suitable for someone who works independently (freelancer/consultant) rather than holding a full-time in-house position. We’re looking for someone who’s excited by our thesis, passionate about community building, and wants to play an active role in shaping a new Israeli-U.S. venture bridge.

• Help shape our presence and footprint in Israel
• Build and nurture the Israeli founder community around product-led companies
• Run local events and founder gatherings, attend demo days, roundtables, etc.
• Meet early-stage founders and help qualify fit
• Build relationships with accelerators, tech hubs, and local VCs
• Collaborate closely with our managing partner, venture partners, and advisors

• Someone well-connected in the Israeli startup ecosystem
• Background in product, design, community, operations, BD, or VC
• Experience running or organizing events
• Strong communicator and relationship builder
• Available to commit to a year-long engagement
• Ideal for a freelancer/consultant or otherwise in a flexible role

• Equity-based role in a new venture platform
• A seat at the table as we grow toward our first fund
• Influence over our early community, brand, and deal flow
• Deep access to our U.S. VC network and expert network
• A chance to help shape the next wave of Israeli product-led founders
