Executive Operations Lead

Mesh Security is looking for an Executive Operations Lead to drive execution across critical business operations in a fast-growing cybersecurity company.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on ownership, execution, and getting things done in dynamic environments. The role focuses on translating decisions into action, ensuring operational consistency, and removing friction across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day business operations across the company
• Own HR & people operations for IL and US employees, including payroll, benefits, welfare, and vendor management (e.g. payroll providers)
• Ensure smooth execution of decisions and follow-through across teams
• Handle sensitive people and operational matters with discretion
• Manage vendors, contracts, and operational logistics
• Support company scaling through process ownership and operational consistency

Requirements

• Experience in an execution-focused role in a startup or high-growth environment
• Strong ownership and accountability mindset
• Hands-on, pragmatic, and outcome-driven
• Highly organized and reliable
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hebrew
• Willingness to work from the office on a daily basis
