QA Automation Engineer (5560)

🚀 We’re Hiring: QA Automation Engineer 🚀

An innovative technology team is looking for an experienced and motivated QA Automation Engineer to join its Infrastructure Development group and lead automation and quality initiatives across complex systems and products.

🔧 Responsibilities:

- Define, develop, and implement end-to-end automation strategies to improve testing efficiency and quality

- Design and maintain scalable, robust, and reusable automated test frameworks

- Create, execute, and maintain automated tests (functional, regression, BDD, performance)

- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure testability and alignment with business goals

- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines

- Define and track quality metrics, including test coverage, defect rates, and automation effectiveness

- Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies

✅ Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in QA Automation

- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes

- Experience with BDD frameworks

- Hands-on experience with Java, Python, or JavaScript (Node.js) for test automation

- Experience with API testing tools and frameworks

- Experience with performance and load testing tools

- Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines

- Hands-on experience in AWS and on-prem / hybrid environments

- Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and TDD practices
