Responsibilities:
- Lead the transition of electronic products from development to mass production
- Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and marketing teams throughout the product lifecycle
- Manage subcontractors for electronic PCB assembly
- Support NPI processes
- Ensure control and accuracy of engineering documentation
- Analyze electronic, mechanical, and design-related failures
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering - mandatory
- 3 -5 years of experience in an electronic product manufacturing company - mandatory
- Good level of English - mandatory
- Familiarity with change control processes (ECO/MCO) and ERP systems
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
