Responsibilities:

Lead the transition of electronic products from development to mass production
Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and marketing teams throughout the product lifecycle
Manage subcontractors for electronic PCB assembly
Support NPI processes
Ensure control and accuracy of engineering documentation
Analyze electronic, mechanical, and design-related failures

Requirements:

B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering - mandatory
3 -5 years of experience in an electronic product manufacturing company - mandatory
Good level of English - mandatory
Familiarity with change control processes (ECO/MCO) and ERP systems
Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
