COMBLACK is hiring a Jira Platform & Organizational Metrics (KPIs) Manager !
This is a leadership role within a division of approximately 1,600 employees, combining product ownership of Jira at the enterprise level with management of organizational measurement methodology (KPIs/OKRs/SLAs), and implementation of dashboards serving both management and development teams.
What are we looking for?
- Experience leading COE / Product / Data & Analytics in a large organization
- Hands-on expertise with Jira/Confluence at the enterprise level, including governance and backlog management
- Experience defining and implementing KPIs/OKRs/SLAs and integrating them into management routines
- Familiarity with Agile and development metrics (Lead Time, Cycle Time, Defects)
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to lead cross-organizational change
