• Facilitate monthly peer board meetings that drive business growth, accountability, alignment, and strategic clarity
• Deliver personalized executive coaching tailored to each business owner’s goals
• Help leaders accelerate their growth and strengthen their management teams
• Build and grow a client base through high-trust networking and referrals
• Operate your own TAB Business Unit with the backing of TAB’s proven global systems and methodologies

• 10+ years in executive leadership, business development, coaching, or consulting
• Strong interpersonal skills and a results-driven motivation
• Business owner mindset: entrepreneurial drive, resilience, and the ability to balance impact with profitability
• Passion for empowering business owners, aligning teams, and driving measurable business growth
