System Administrator

We’re hiring System Administrator (Microsoft 365, Azure & Cloud)

YouCC Technologies, a leading Cloud Security integrator, is looking for a talented and experienced System Administrator to join our growing team.

📍 Location: Tel Aviv, Israel

Main Responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled System Administrator to take end-to-end ownership of the company’s IT and cloud infrastructure.

The role involves hands-on work alongside broad technological responsibility, managing Microsoft 365, Azure, and enterprise SaaS solutions in a dynamic, growing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and optimize Microsoft 365 environments, including:
• Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive
• Intune, Conditional Access, security and compliance policies
• Administer Azure infrastructure, including:
• Virtual Machines (VMs), networking (VNets, NSGs)
• Storage, backups, identity and access management (Azure AD / Entra ID)
• Manage and support end-user devices (Windows & macOS):
• Device provisioning, updates, policy enforcement, and security hardening
• Administer Intune / Autopilot:
• Device enrollment, configuration, and security policy implementation
• Manage and monitor backup systems and data protection solutions
• Collaborate with Development and DevOps teams:
• Assist in deploying development environments and building secure cloud infrastructures

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a System Administrator / IT Administrator
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure – mandatory
• Proven experience with Windows and macOS operating systems – mandatory
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory / Azure AD, GPO, permissions, and MFA
• Experience with Intune / Endpoint Manager
• High-level technical English
• Ability to work independently, strong service orientation, and excellent hands-on problem-solving skills
