We’re Hiring: Staff Benefits Delivery Partner (Israel)

We are looking for an experienced Staff Benefits Delivery Partner to join a People & HR team and support the delivery of health and retirement benefits in Israel. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a high-quality, employee-first benefits experience while working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with internal teams (HR, Payroll, IT) and external vendors to implement benefits programs, changes, and new offerings.

Serve as a subject matter expert for health, welfare, and retirement benefits.

Resolve benefits-related escalations efficiently and manage complex issue resolution end-to-end.

Lead vendor management activities, including performance reviews, audits, and service improvement plans.

Support enrollment processes, system testing, and benefits administration accuracy.

Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.

Ensure compliance with local regulations and manage required government filings.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field (or equivalent experience).

5+ years of experience in benefits program management.

Strong project management and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Experience working with HRIS and Payroll systems (Workday is an advantage).

Deep knowledge of healthcare, pension, and welfare benefits.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.

High level of discretion and confidentiality.

Fluent in English and Hebrew.
