Infrastructure Procurement Buyer – Production Lines & Capital Equipment

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Procurement Buyer to lead complex, high-value purchasing activities for production lines and advanced manufacturing environments.

This role is ideal for a hands-on procurement professional with strong negotiation capabilities, commercial mindset, and proven experience in purchasing large-scale machines and infrastructure systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end procurement of infrastructure and capital equipment for production lines and clean room environments
• Purchasing complex and high-value machinery, production lines, standalone machines and supporting infrastructure
• Management and negotiation of maintenance and service agreements
• Leading commercial negotiations with suppliers, including price optimization and contract terms
• Working closely with engineering, facilities, maintenance and operations teams
• Managing procurement processes in SAP, including POs, contracts and supplier follow-up

Requirements:

• Proven experience in infrastructure procurement for clean rooms and/or production machinery – mandatory
• Experience in negotiating and managing maintenance and service agreements – mandatory
• Strong hands-on experience working with SAP – mandatory
• Relevant academic background (Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Practical Engineering or similar)
• Demonstrated negotiation skills and commercial orientation
• Experience working with high-budget, complex procurement projects
