Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Planning Manager role located in the Jerusalem District, Israel. The Planning Manager will be responsible for overseeing project planning and coordination, developing comprehensive project plans, and collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors. The role includes managing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient project execution, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and sustainability practices. Regularly reporting project progress and addressing challenges will also be key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Expertise in project planning, coordination, and resource management
• Strong understanding of real estate development, design, and construction processes
• Proficiency in regulatory compliance, zoning laws, and urban planning principles
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to work in a collaborative environment
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field; Master's degree is an advantage
• Fluency in both Hebrew and English is required
