The Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to drive multi-channel performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other paid platforms. You will lead strategy, execution, optimization, and team growth to deliver exceptional results for our global clients.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute end-to-end performance strategies across Google, Meta, TikTok & more

Manage campaign planning, bidding, audience targeting, and creative testing

Optimize CPA, ROAS, and scaling strategies across multiple markets

Lead reporting, analytics, and performance insights for continuous improvement

Collaborate with creative, product, and data teams to deliver integrated campaigns

Mentor and guide a team of performance marketers

Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices

Requirements

4+ years of experience in performance marketing

Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads

Proven ability to manage large budgets and scale campaigns successfully

Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making

Leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills

Experience with additional platforms (Programmatic, Analytics, SEO) is a plus
