Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end development and launch of the next-generation HandX® system.

Your mission:

Deliver the new products on time, on budget, and with outstanding quality, fully compliant with medical device regulations.

You will own the integrated project plan and drive cross-functional execution across R&D (mechanical, electronics, embedded, software), product, clinical, regulatory, quality, operations, and marketing—from concept through design, verification & validation, regulatory clearance, and design transfer to manufacturing. The project will be implemented by distributed teams in both Israel and China, requiring effective collaboration and coordination across sites, time zones, and cultures.

This is a high-visibility, role with direct impact on HTS’s roadmap and commercial success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the project end-to-end: scope, plan, timeline, budget, deliverables.
• Build and manage the integrated project schedule and critical path.
• Coordinate cross-functional work across R&D, product, QA/RA, clinical, operations, and suppliers.
• Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies, drive mitigation.
• Ensure adherence to medical device quality & regulatory requirements (Design Controls, submissions).
• Lead design transfer to manufacturing, including pilot builds and validation.
• Present clear status updates, risks, and decisions to senior management.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in engineering (M.Sc./MBA advantage).
• 7+ years in multidisciplinary product development; 4+ years project/program management.
• Experience taking at least one complex multidisiplinary product to market as a program / project manager.
• Strong planning, risk management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Excellent communication, ownership, and execution mindset.
• Advantage: medical devices experience, PMP/PRINCE2, startup background.
