One of our leading customers is seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong hands-on Monday.com implementation skills to lead end-to-end software and IT projects. This role combines project leadership with practical implementation, system analysis, and close collaboration with development teams and external vendors.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Lead full Monday.com implementations: Boards, automations, dashboards, integrations
• Manage internal IT and business application projects
• Write detailed technical and functional specifications (BRD, FRD, HLD, LLD)
• Collaborate with Development, QA, DevOps, and external vendors
• Manage project timeline, budget, scope, risks, and stakeholders
• Own complete delivery cycle: Requirements → UAT → Deployment → Go-live → Stabilization

🧩 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Software/IT Project Manager
• Proven hands-on experience with Monday.com – mandatory
• Strong understanding of workflows, automations, integrations, and APIs
• Experience writing professional specifications (BRD/FRD/HLD/LLD)
• Solid technical background: Cloud, SaaS, databases, architecture, SDLC
• High-level English (spoken and written)
• Excellent communication skills, ownership mindset, and strong teamwork abilities

🚀 Nice to Have

• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with UX/UI tools (Axure, Adobe XD, Figma)
• Background in software development
