Position Overview
We’re hiring a finance leader to shape our planning, reporting and strategic financial direction. This role sits at the core of the company’s decision-making, providing clarity, structure and insight to executive leadership and operational teams.
Main Areas of Responsibility
1. Planning & Leadership
- Leading the annual company planning cycle across all financial statements.
- Building a coherent forecasting framework and managing monthly outlook updates.
- Guiding a team of FP&A professionals and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
2. Strategic Partnership
- Working closely with senior managers and budget owners to support growth initiatives.
- Translating financial trends into practical recommendations for leadership.
- Providing clear visibility into performance, risks and opportunities.
3. Analysis & Insight Generation
- Reviewing results vs. plan, highlighting deviations and their root causes.
- Producing multi-year financial scenarios aligned with long-term strategy.
- Developing financial models that support operational and strategic projects.
4. Operational Excellence
- Enhancing FP&A processes, reporting flows and automation efforts.
- Implementing tools and methods that increase accuracy and efficiency.
What You’ll Need
- Degree in Economics or a related quantitative field.
- Several years of experience in FP&A roles within the tech industry.
- Proven leadership background managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical capabilities and high proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, organized work style and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive.
