COMBLACK is recruiting an IT Systems Support Specialist !
Join a professional team that plans, implements, and maintains the organization’s communication networks and telephony systems, including providing technical support to end users.
What are we looking for?
- 2+ years of experience in technical support for end users
- Knowledge and experience working with Active Directory and Exchange
- Proficiency with Windows operating systems (servers and workstations) and experience with Group Policy
- Knowledge and experience installing infrastructure software and software packages on workstations and servers
- Ability to work independently, document support tickets, and proactively resolve issues
