Product Manager (Mid–Senior)

We’re a fast-growing entertainment startup building a next-generation mobile platform for short-form drama, and we’re looking for a Product Manager (Mid–Senior level) to own core product features from definition to launch.

You’ll lead discovery, UX planning, execution, delivery, and post-launch optimization — working hand-in-hand with Engineering and Design to bring product experiences to life.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own product feature areas end-to-end: research, requirements, user stories, UX flows, delivery, and performance
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Content, Monetization, Marketing, and QA to ensure smooth execution and releases
• Work closely with R&D teams to manage development cycles, timelines, and deliverables according to the product roadmap
• Conduct competitive research and benchmarking to keep the product ahead of market trends
• Run experiments and A/B tests to improve UX, conversions, pricing, and content engagement
• Support feature QA, operational readiness, and internal rollout processes

Requirements

• 3–5 years of Product Management experience for consumer apps or digital platforms
• Strong analytical mindset, KPI fluency, and familiarity with product dashboards and cohorts
• Proven experience defining PRDs, UX specs, user journeys, and backlog priorities
• Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and cross-functional
• Passion for entertainment, mobile user behavior, content products, or product innovation
