We are hiring a Residential Solar Operations Manager to lead the operational lifecycle of residential PV systems — from customer onboarding to final grid connection with IEC - operational aspect.

This role includes managing installations teams, customer service team, tech subsidiaries, while ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer experience.

🔺 Mandatory: proven operations-management experience in the energy/solar/electrical sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Customer Account Managers and ensure high service and operational performance.
• Manage field teams—electricians, technicians, and installation crews—ensuring quality and safety.
• Oversee full installation & grid-connection processes from order approval to commissioning.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (planning, measurement, installation, electrical).
• Interface with IEC and regulatory bodies to resolve approvals, measurements, and technical issues.
• Drive process optimization to improve speed, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure a smooth customer journey with minimal delays and operational obstacles.
