We are hiring a Residential Solar Operations Manager to lead the operational lifecycle of residential PV systems — from customer onboarding to final grid connection with IEC - operational aspect.
This role includes managing installations teams, customer service team, tech subsidiaries, while ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer experience.
🔺 Mandatory: proven operations-management experience in the energy/solar/electrical sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Customer Account Managers and ensure high service and operational performance.
- Manage field teams—electricians, technicians, and installation crews—ensuring quality and safety.
- Oversee full installation & grid-connection processes from order approval to commissioning.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (planning, measurement, installation, electrical).
- Interface with IEC and regulatory bodies to resolve approvals, measurements, and technical issues.
- Drive process optimization to improve speed, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure a smooth customer journey with minimal delays and operational obstacles.
Requirements:
• Experience in the energy/solar industry - M u s t
• Ability to manage multiple operational / technical teams and projects simultaneously - Must
• Strong interface-management skills and cross-functional coordination.
• Proven process-improvement and operational optimization experience.
• High analytical skills for monitoring, control, and data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
