Foundation Engineer – Backnd | Data & AI Platform

We’re hiring exceptional Foundation Engineers to help build a new end-to-end Data & AI platform. This is a pivotal engineering role within a complex, multi-service, data-intensive ecosystem operating at significant scale.

Must-Have

6+ years of professional backend or full-stack development experience.

Strong proficiency in Node.js and Python (FastAPI, Django, Flask, or similar).

Hands-on experience with at least three of the following: Kafka, Spark, Snowflake, ArangoDB, Redis.

Deep experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container-first architectures.

Strong understanding of distributed systems, concurrency, and data modeling.

Proven experience designing, building, and scaling microservices in production.

Proficiency with both SQL and NoSQL databases.

Familiarity with observability ecosystems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).

Understanding of modern front-end frameworks (React / Vue).

Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD).

Excellent communication skills, high ownership, and strong problem-solving capabilities.

Nice-to-Have

Experience with geo-spatial data or map-based applications.

Exposure to on-prem, air-gapped, or hybrid environments.

Experience deploying or integrating AI/ML models into production systems.

Understanding of security best practices for distributed architectures.
