A manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to lead quality assurance initiatives. The role includes managing quality processes, handling non-conformities, ensuring ISO compliance, conducting audits, managing customer and supplier complaints, validating new processes, and presenting quality metrics.

The company is located in Nof HaGalil, in northern Israel. 1 day from home.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead quality processes and implement corrective actions.
  • Conduct internal audits and support external certification audits.
  • Train employees on quality standards and procedures.
  • Manage customer and supplier complaints, including RMA investigations.
  • Validate new processes and monitor quality metrics.

Requirements:

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in quality assurance in a manufacturing environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, or related field.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards (17025, 13485, 9001) and QMS.
  • Internal auditor or CQE certification – advantage.
  • Excellent Hebrew and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP knowledge (Priority) – advantage.
  • Strong leadership, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
